HAGGART PLUMBERS DUNBAR

Dunbar is a lovely place to visit and live. There are many things that you can see, do and eat in the area. We have some of our favourites of course. The Dunbar Community Bakery is certainly one of them. If you love quiche, this is the place to go. They bake everything there fresh daily and can we say Yum!
The Dunbar leisure pool is a great place to visit and the kids certainly love it. It is an indoor water park that has a shallow end for the little ones and a waterslide for those that want to feel the rush. And, of course, it wouldn’t be Dunbar without those amazing views of the harbour, and here at the leisure pool, you can see these as well.

Dunbar, as of most of Scotland is rich in history. Should you be more of a history buff, perhaps the Dunbar Castle is a little more up your alley. There isn’t much of a castle left, but there are tons of informational boards to read about the area. Here you might be lucky to catch a seal taking a break and the views are amazing. This castle was built in the 11th century. There is no entrance fee to visit the area, making this a great free experience.

Stroll through the Dunbar Close Garden to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This is a garden this is a replica of a 17th-century garden and is simply amazing.
